The maintenance service includes servicing of your equipment as well as a call-out service with a maximum response time of 4 hours (but usual attendance would be expected within 2 hrs). We believe that this adds another dimension to the integrity of your security and gives you the added reassurance that your premises are not only secure, but in safe hands should a technical issue arise.
We offer two standardised packages for security maintenance.
Silver: Standard Maintenance Service
- One annual service inspection of the system.
- Call-out with a maximum response time of 4 hours

- Subsidised call-out and attendance fees.
- Priority over non-maintenance customers.
Gold: Comprehensive Maintenance Service
- One annual service inspection of the system.
- Call-out with a maximum response time of 4 hours
- Free technical support and advice.
- Priority over non-maintenance customers.
- Inclusive of all equipment, parts and labour charges, unless damage is caused by accidental or malicious damage.
Security Systems and Your Insurance Policies
It is also an important consideration to have your equipment regularly maintained as part of fulfilling your property’s insurance policy agreement. Failure to effectively maintain or repair faulty security equipment can invalidate any insurance claims.
